Kelsale CEVC Primary School
We have a fantastic relationship with our church school, Kelsale Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School (Kelsale School for short).
We regularly take Collective Worship, the children visit the church in Kelsale for visits and services, and we work together as closely as possible. We help the school live out its vision as much as we can: Together, we believe, we learn, laugh and shine.
Our Open the Book team head into Kelsale School to share the story of the Bible with the children in an accessible way.
As a Church of England VC school it has two foundation governors on the governing body, including Rev. Dave and one other.

Based in Saxmundham, our Open the Book team regularly go into Saxmundham Primary. We welcome the children to visit St John’s Saxmundham and have taken the occasional RE lesson too.
