Sizewell Weekend Away 2025

Every two years, the SKC Church family spends a weekend together at Sizewell Hall and this time next year we will be there again. The weekend will start around 5pm on Friday 11th July and last until mid-afternoon on Sunday 13th July.

This time, we’ve upgraded the way that we are booking for the weekend.

Prices have had to increase since 2023 due to price inflation at the Hall and the cost of food for the weekend. However, we are trying to soften the blow by offering an Early Booking Discount for those who pay in full before 31st December. We are not asking for deposits this year: your booking is provisional until it is paid for in full.

Fees under the Early Booking Scheme are as follows:

Adult (18+) - £100
Young person (5 to 18) - £40
Child (Under 5) - £20

From New Year 2025, the Adult booking fee will increase (but the Young person’s and Child’s rate will remain constant). There is also a single room guarantee ticket available for £120, which will cease to be offered on 31/12/24 or earlier if capacity is exhausted.

Once you make your booking, you will receive an email from Church Suite with your provisional booking and within a few days a further email inviting you to pay the amount due for your tickets. You do not have to pay immediately (though it would help if you did) but payments made for Adult bookings after 1/1/2025 will lose the early booking discount/single room guarantee.

If you need financial support (for part of or all the fee) to attend, there is a box on the booking page to indicate that and you will be contacted to discuss your support needs. We do not want anyone to feel that they cannot join us for this weekend of fun and love.
